I used CPS165 from Card Positioning Systems to make this invitation for my daughter's "Under the Sea" birthday party. I made the background using watercolor paper and Shimmerz paints in blue, green and purple. The dolphin stamp is from All Night Media. The wording stamp is from Belinda Landtroop.
